About this tool
What does KSeF FA(3) → Excel do?
Open KSeF FA(3) XML or a supported PDF with embedded invoice XML, then export a real Excel workbook. The workbook contains invoice information, invoice lines and VAT data; it is not a renamed CSV.
Are my invoices uploaded or stored by Autum8?
No. The browser tools do not send invoice contents or filenames to Autum8 and do not store invoices in the cloud. Explicitly saved mappings and preferences stay in browser storage. Website hosting receives ordinary HTTP metadata; see the privacy page.
What can I use free, and what needs a plan?
Viewing, single-file validation, error explanations and inspection exports stay free without validation quotas. Autum8 Ready adds safe repair, recipient preflight, generation and saved workflows across supported formats. Rescue Pass provides 24-hour resolution access. Does a passed check guarantee invoice acceptance?
No. FA(3) checks cover the published XML schema, not taxpayer permissions, KSeF submission or backend acceptance.
