About this tool
What does KSeF FA(3) Batch Validator do?
Select a folder, ZIP, or multiple KSeF FA(3) XML/PDF files. The queue checks up to 500 documents per batch and exports CSV or JSON reports with each file's actual coverage. An unreadable file has its own failure row.
Are my invoices uploaded or stored by Autum8?
No. The browser tools do not send invoice contents or filenames to Autum8 and do not store invoices in the cloud. Explicitly saved mappings and preferences stay in browser storage. Website hosting receives ordinary HTTP metadata; see the privacy page.
What can I use free, and what needs a plan?
Viewing, single-file validation, error explanations and inspection exports stay free without validation quotas. Does a passed check guarantee invoice acceptance?
No. FA(3) checks cover the published XML schema, not taxpayer permissions, KSeF submission or backend acceptance.
