Terms of use

Autum8 and Autum8 Ready are owned and operated by Northkit Ventures (Poole, Dorset, BH15, United Kingdom · legal@autum8.co).

Updated 21 October 2026. These terms govern your use of Autum8's browser-based e-invoice tools, CLI/developer utilities and Autum8 Ready workflows.

Local tools and responsibility

You remain responsible for source data, commercial facts, tax treatment and the invoice you send. Tools evaluate their stated, pinned technical rulesets and configured recipient requirements. READY does not guarantee acceptance, payment or tax legality. Autum8 does not transmit invoices or provide an accounting ledger or manual invoice review service.

Repair and generation

Safe deterministic formatting changes are logged. Commercial changes require your supplied value and explicit approval. Review the result and readiness report before export. No runtime AI generates invoice values.

Access and privacy

Viewing, single-file technical validation and explanations remain free within the documented file limits. Paid plans unlock resolution, recipient preflight and repeatable local workflows across supported formats. Invoice and source contents stay on-device by default. Cloud sync is not enabled.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Paid plans are processed by Paddle Billing as Merchant of Record. Rescue Pass is a one-time 24-hour purchase. Ready, Pro and Accountant are recurring monthly plans; review the final total, applicable taxes and renewal terms in Paddle before payment. Access begins immediately after a verified completed payment. Use account controls to open Paddle's self-service cancellation and payment-management portal at any time. A cancellation scheduled for the period end preserves your paid access until that billing period ends; effective cancellation stops server-issued access. Deleting Autum8 account data does not cancel an active Paddle subscription.

An approved full refund or chargeback revokes access for the refunded transaction; partial or tax-only adjustments do not end access. Statutory consumer rights and Paddle's applicable buyer terms apply in full.
