What does Excel → Factur-X XML do?
Map Excel data to the required fields and generate one Factur-X XML invoice. Review the company data and technical result before downloading. Positive standard-VAT invoices are supported; unsupported tax scenarios are rejected.
Are my invoices uploaded or stored by Autum8?
No. The browser tools do not send invoice contents or filenames to Autum8 and do not store invoices in the cloud. Explicitly saved mappings and preferences stay in browser storage. Website hosting receives ordinary HTTP metadata; see the privacy page.
What can I use free, and what needs a plan?
Viewing, single-file validation, error explanations and inspection exports stay free without validation quotas. Autum8 Ready adds safe repair, recipient preflight, generation and saved workflows across supported formats. Rescue Pass provides 24-hour resolution access. Prices are testable; checkout remains disabled in this preview.
Does a passed check guarantee invoice acceptance?
No. The hybrid tools inspect EN16931 CII XML. They do not certify every Factur-X/ZUGFeRD profile, PDF/A-3 structure, visual/XML equivalence or platform acceptance.
