What caused the rejection?

A failed schema or business rule is a technical issue. A technically valid file can still have the wrong buyer reference, endpoint or purchase order. Upload the XML, then compare its actual rule IDs with the pasted rejection message. A message alone is not trusted as a diagnosis.

Safe fixes and source facts

GREEN changes normalize recognized country/currency codes. AMBER issues require confirmation of the recipient's intended scheme/profile. RED issues need the exact commercial value from your source. Autum8 never guesses tax, amounts, bank details or purchase orders. Every applied edit is logged and reversible before export.

Pinned verification

XRechnung uses KoSIT configuration 2026-08-31 and EN16931 1.3.16. READY also requires a current recipient profile, confirmed order requirements and successful revalidation. It does not transmit the invoice or guarantee recipient acceptance.
